Flex Basic - Foggy Bottom We operate with strict rental periods as follows: May 1st - August 31st June 1st - August 31st September 1st - May 31st September 1st - August 31st For bookings starting from September onwards, the minimum stay is nine months, preferably extending to one year. If you are happy to book one of these periods, then please proceed with a Booking Request and our team will confirm your booking. Requests to book outside of these periods will unfortunately be denied. Flex Basic is the best budget-friendly option. It has a single-size bed, smart TV, and is separated from the rest of the suite with a smart bookcase system. It is only yours, in which you can enjoy the privacy together with quality furniture at a very reasonable price. It is significant to highlight that the bookcase system does not fully insulate the area and there is a little gap at the top of the partition area. Flex is quite on demand for a couple of reasons. It is the best option in terms of price/performance ratio. You pay less and enjoy all the benefits of living in a luxury high rise. Neighbourhood/building: Our Foggy Bottom Residence centrally and ideally located at the heart of George Washington University, putting things you want practically outside your door. This highrise residence offers a gym, secured entrance and elevators, and only steps away from Foggy Bottom subway station. At Foggy Bottom, all the options are just steps from your door: trendy eateries, eclectic boutiques, emerging art galleries are all yours to explore.
